Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For larger furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional courier collection; for smaller decor, simply attach the provided prepaid shipping label and drop it off at any authorized center.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
